An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in an elementary school setting located in Kingston, PA. This position is designed for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year and offers flexibility in full-time or part-time schedules.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)
- Experience in school-based settings, particularly with varying age groups from early intervention to high school
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop tailored therapeutic plans to meet diverse student needs
- Previous experience with caseload management is a plus
- Willingness to collaborate with educational staff and parents
Location:
- Kingston, PA
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose students’ speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Provide direct therapy services and support to students on your caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive student support
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment outcomes
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
