Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Provide direct therapy services to students on your caseload
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and progress made
