A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support a PreK-12 caseload in a K-12 school setting. This contract position, located near Kokomo and Walton, Indiana, offers opportunities for full-time and part-time candidates starting Spring 2026 for the current school year (CSY).

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist certification with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in schools
  • Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery models
  • Ability to manage K-12 caseloads, providing speech and language evaluations, interventions, and progress reporting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with students, families, and school staff

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders among PreK-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Deliver therapy sessions in person and via teletherapy as required
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and compliance with school policies
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
