A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 academic year within a K-12 school setting in La Crosse, WI. This contract position requires on-site presence and offers a dynamic caseload spanning kindergarten through 12th grade. The role involves delivering comprehensive speech and language services to support student communication development across diverse educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders in students grades K-12.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and school policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary education planning.
  • Use evidence-based practices tailored to pediatric populations within the school environment.

Qualifications:

  • State Speech-Language Pathology License.
  • State Teaching Certificate.
  • State Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Experience or familiarity with pediatric speech-language pathology preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, fully on site.
