An opportunity exists for a skilled professional to provide essential speech-language pathology services within an educational setting. This role focuses on supporting students from Kindergarten through 12th grade, addressing a variety of communication needs in a full-time, onsite capacity for the 2025-2026 school year.
Qualifications:
- CCC-SLP certification
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy
- Proficiency in teletherapy practices
- Strong background in school-based settings
- Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff and families
- Knowledge of IEPs and related documentation processes
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Location:
- Knox, IN
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech therapy.
- Provide direct therapy services to students across grade levels.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students’ overall development.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and student progress.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities.
