Location: Kent, WA
Duration: Full-time, on-site for the school year, 37.5 hours per week

Qualifications:

  • Certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidate
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills in speech and language disorders
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Familiarity with IEPs and the special education process

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy to students requiring speech and language support
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive student care
  • Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
