School Speech Language Pathologist - Lancaster, Pennsylvania

A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for a full-time leave contract starting August 25, 2025, through approximately November 7, 2025, in Pennsylvania. This role serves a caseload of approximately 50 students across an elementary and middle school setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to identify speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Deliver direct therapy services to students, individually and in groups.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student progress.
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports.
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and assist in goal development.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology license.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary educational team.
