A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for a full-time leave contract starting August 25, 2025, through approximately November 7, 2025, in Pennsylvania. This role serves a caseload of approximately 50 students across an elementary and middle school setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to identify speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, individually and in groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports.
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and assist in goal development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary educational team.
This position is based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, in a K-12 school environment. The schedule follows the academic calendar, with full-time hours during school days.
