This opportunity seeks skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time roles within a vibrant K-8 school setting in Lancaster, PA. Positions are contract-based for the current school year (CSY), offering a valuable chance to contribute to the development and success of children across three different school sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to K-8 students, addressing a variety of speech and communication disorders.
  • Utilize teletherapy and in-person methods to deliver effective treatment.
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support individualized education plans and student progress.
  • Supervise Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and support their professional development.
  • Work alongside Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) who will assist with caseload management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week across three different sites.
  • Ability to provide services in both teletherapy and healthcare environments is a plus.
  • Willingness to support Early Career SLPs (CFYs) through supervision.

Position Details:

  • Openings for four SLPs, including a 2.0 FTE position at one site.
  • All roles involve working with K-8 student populations.
  • Contract role for the current school year.
