Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly with varied needs
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Provide direct therapy services to students on your caseload, addressing speech and language goals.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement IEP strategies in the classroom.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student needs and progress.
- Provide resources and guidance to parents regarding their child’s speech and language development.
