Speech Language Pathologist in Cedar Park, TX

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience working with K-12 students, particularly with varied needs
• Strong assessment and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Provide direct therapy services to students on your caseload, addressing speech and language goals.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement IEP strategies in the classroom.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student needs and progress.
• Provide resources and guidance to parents regarding their child’s speech and language development.
