Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized speech-language therapy services to students on your caseload
- Develop and implement student-specific treatment plans and IEPs
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and interdisciplinary teams
- Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records using digital systems
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- ASHA CCC credentials held for at least 1 year
- Active professional SLP license
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with IEPs in a school or pediatric setting
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with technology, including learning new software and handling digital communication
- Self-motivated with a passion for making a positive impact on students’ lives
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
