A full-time, contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role is available to provide essential speech and language services in a K-12 school setting in Pennsylvania. This leave position will begin in late August 2025 and continue through early November 2025, serving approximately 50 students split between an elementary and a middle school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to assess speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and prepare progress reports.
  • Participate in IEP meetings to contribute toward student goal development.
  • Provide direct speech therapy in both individual and group settings.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology license.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Location:

  • Position based in a Pennsylvania school serving elementary and middle school students.
