Exciting opportunity for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in an early childhood setting located in Levant, ME. This contract position is ideal for professionals dedicated to fostering communication skills in young learners and is open to both full and part-time candidates.
Qualifications:
- Active or pending state Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Strong background in pediatric speech-language pathology
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification is preferred, but clinical fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with early childhood populations
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Location: Levant, ME
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language services as outlined in IEPs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
