A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available within a K-12 school setting located in Little Rock, AR. This contract role spans the current school year (CSY) and offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse student population.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language services to students in grades K-12.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Deliver services through in-person therapy and teletherapy as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in healthcare and school settings.
- Familiarity with teletherapy delivery platforms and best practices.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or completed.
- Ability to manage a mixed caseload (exact number to be determined) effectively.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
