A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available within a K-12 school setting located in Little Rock, AR. This contract role spans the current school year (CSY) and offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse student population.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language services to students in grades K-12.
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Deliver services through in-person therapy and teletherapy as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in healthcare and school settings.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy delivery platforms and best practices.
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or completed.
  • Ability to manage a mixed caseload (exact number to be determined) effectively.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
