A professional opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist eager to support students in a K-12 educational setting. The position is located in Marysville, CA, and focuses on providing dedicated on-site services for the 2025-2026 school year.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement appropriate therapy plans tailored to individual students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student goals
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required
- Participate in IEP meetings and ensure effective communication of student progress
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor outcomes
