Skills and Experience Desired:

  • Active licensure or eligibility as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA in Indiana
  • Experience working in school settings strongly preferred, but healthcare-based SLPAs with a passion for education are encouraged to apply
  • Expertise in speech, language, and communication disorders among school-aged children
  • Commitment to working onsite each contracted day throughout the school year
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Assess, diagnose, and document speech and language disorders
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
  • Develop engaging therapy materials and strategies tailored to student needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state regulations
  • Offer guidance and support to educators regarding language and communication development
