Job Posting: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in the beautiful area north of Denver, CO. We have three exciting opportunities available for SLPs to work in dynamic educational settings, making a significant impact on students' lives.
Position 1: Middle School SLP Specialist

  • Position Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide speech and language therapy services to middle school students.
    • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to enhance student outcomes.
    • Conduct assessments and provide interventions tailored to students' needs.

Position 2: Elementary School SLP Specialist with SSN Programming

  • Position Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Deliver speech and language services to elementary school students, including those in Significant Support Needs (SSN) programs.
    • Create and execute effective therapy plans to support communication development.
    • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
    • Conduct assessments and provide interventions as required.

Position 3: Preschool SLP Specialist with ChildFind Evaluations

  • Position Type: Part-Time (0.8 FTE)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide speech and language therapy services to preschool-aged children.
    • Conduct ChildFind evaluations to identify children in need of special services.
    • Develop and implement therapy plans to address speech and language delays.
    • Work closely with families and early childhood educators to support children’s development.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Colorado SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
  • Experience in educational settings is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
