Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to professional development and best practices in therapy
Location:
- Lowell, MA
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans according to IEP requirements.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to facilitate effective communication strategies.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy goals as needed.
- Provide direct therapy services to students and maintain accurate records of their progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities.
