This contract position, starting in March 2026 and concluding on May 22, 2026, is designed for a dedicated professional passionate about delivering high-quality speech and language services in a school setting.
Responsibilities include providing both direct and indirect speech therapy services to elementary students, with guaranteed hours totaling 37.5 per week, Monday through Friday. This role focuses exclusively on clinical duties without additional school responsibilities such as bus duty or parent pickup. Travel therapists are encouraged to apply and may be eligible for stipends.
Key qualifications and desired experience:
- Certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience or eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for newer graduates
- Prior experience working within school systems, particularly with elementary-aged students, is preferred
- Ability to implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and collaborate with educators and families
