A skilled Speech Language Pathologist is sought for a full-time, onsite position in a K-12 school located in Mandan, ND. This contract role, extending through the current school year with potential for renewal, offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by providing expert speech and language therapy services.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Valid North Dakota license in Speech Language Pathology (interviewing prior to licensure is possible)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Preferably two years of experience in a school setting; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply

Location: Mandan, North Dakota
Position Details:

  • Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
  • W-2 Contract
  • Manage a caseload of 40-50 students from K-12
  • Contract duration: remainder of the school year, with possible renewal

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
  • Provide speech and language therapy focused on articulation, fluency, and language development
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education professionals, and parents via video conferences to support student success
  • Monitor student progress, customize therapy approaches, and actively participate in IEP meetings and goal-setting sessions
