A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a school setting located in Mansfield, OH for the 2026/2027 school year (August 19th to May 19th). This contract role offers a 37.5-hour workweek supporting a caseload of approximately 65 students. The position operates under a collaborative 3:1 service delivery model, where the SLP provides direct therapy three weeks each month and dedicates one week monthly to consultation and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students on the caseload under a 3:1 model.
  • Collaborate with teachers and educational staff to support student communication goals.
  • Complete speech and language evaluations and assessments in coordination with a part-time SLP.
  • Develop, write, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and progress reports.
  • Lead presentations and contribute to Professional Development sessions for school staff.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Pediatric and school-based SLP experience preferred.
  • Completion or current status in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) acceptable.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and school personnel.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and effectively prioritize duties in a school environment.
