A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for a K-12 school setting in Manteca, CA. This contract position covers the current school year (CSY) and involves managing a caseload of approximately 55 students. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing speech and language therapy to children across all grade levels, collaborating with educators and families to support student communication development.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services focusing on articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders
  • Monitor and document student progress regularly
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ educational goals
  • Attend meetings and contribute to individualized education program (IEP) development and review

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) issued by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP
  • Experience working with school-age children in a K-12 environment preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 55 students efficiently
