Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
- Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions focused on achieving speech and language goals.
- Carefully monitor and document student progress, ensuring transparency and continuity of care.
- Collaborate with a diverse, multidisciplinary team to enhance overall student support.
- Involve and educate families in the therapy process to foster reinforcing practices at home.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Preference for candidates with a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
