Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) certification with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience working within K-12 school environments
  • Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and special education regulations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, educators, and families
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and deliver tailored therapy sessions

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
