Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) certification with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working within K-12 school environments
- Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and special education regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, educators, and families
- Ability to conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and deliver tailored therapy sessions
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
