This full-time role in Mattoon, Illinois, offers an opportunity to provide specialized speech-language pathology services within a K-12 school setting. The position involves managing a caseload of 20–35 students throughout the contract school year (CSY), delivering comprehensive assessment and therapy to support students’ communication development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting initial speech and language assessments for students.
  • Developing and implementing individualized therapy goals.
  • Providing direct, tailored therapy services aligned with student needs.
  • Maintaining detailed, compliant documentation and records.
  • Collaborating effectively with teachers, staff, and families to enhance student outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active Illinois SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Previous experience in school-based speech-language pathology preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage a caseload while ensuring individualized student support.
