Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC)
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy and teletherapy
- Familiarity with AAC devices and their integration in therapy
- Previous work experience in Alaska is preferred
- Valid state and educational (Type C) SLP license
Location:
- Metlakatla, AK
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Utilize appropriate therapy techniques and materials, including AAC devices
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as needed
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and student progress
