Required Qualifications:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in school environments, with flexibility based on years of previous school service
- Background in pediatric speech therapy, supporting various communication and language needs
- Proficiency with both in-person and teletherapy service delivery models
- Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) preferred, or eligibility to supervise CFY candidates
- Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills to engage collaboratively with teachers, students, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language services for students in both the intermediate (grades 4–5) and middle school (grades 6–8) settings
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ IEPs and specific academic needs
- Deliver services via direct, consultative, and teletherapy formats as needed
- Collaborate with school teams to monitor progress and support students’ educational goals
