A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support K-12 students in a school district located in Midland, GA. This contract position lasts through the current school year, providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic educational setting.

Location: Midland, GA
Duration: Current School Year (ASAP – May 21, 2026)
Schedule: Flexible hours ranging from part-time to full-time, up to 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: Determined based on candidate experience and district needs
Setting: Onsite, K-12 school environment

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Georgia SLP professional license
  • Valid Georgia PSC Educator certification
  • Eligibility for Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates will also be considered
  • Experience working with school-aged children ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade preferred
  • Expertise in delivering individualized speech and language therapy aligned with educational goals
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in school-aged children
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP)-based therapy plans
  • Track and document student progress with timely reporting in compliance with district standards
  • Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with teachers, families, and administrators
  • Provide direct therapy services to a diverse caseload tailored to student needs
