This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position serves PreK through 5th grade students in a K-12 school setting located in Milton, FL. The contract runs from October 24th through June 1st for the current school year (CSY), providing a focused opportunity to support young learners in their communication development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and therapy sessions for PreK to 5th grade students.
  • Implement individual and group interventions tailored to students' diagnostic needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff through a designated liaison, ensuring streamlined communication and scheduling.
  • Maintain detailed records and progress reports to monitor student outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs (IEPs).

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) credential.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
  • Experience working in school settings with children in early elementary grades.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with educators and families.
  • Commitment to student-centered therapy and ongoing professional development.
