Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Wisconsin
• CCC-SLP certification preferred
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices is a plus
• Strong evaluation and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff and families

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' speech and language needs
• Deliver direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language intervention
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) based on evaluation results
• Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to support students’ overall development
• Provide guidance and support to families regarding their child’s progress and needs
• Complete necessary documentation and reports as required by the school
