Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Wisconsin
- CCC-SLP certification preferred
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy practices is a plus
- Strong evaluation and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' speech and language needs
- Deliver direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language intervention
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) based on evaluation results
- Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to support students’ overall development
- Provide guidance and support to families regarding their child’s progress and needs
- Complete necessary documentation and reports as required by the school
