Pediatric SLP in Homer, LA

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans for students.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Manage a caseload of approximately 34 students, delivering services in both direct and indirect formats.
• Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and service delivery.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Current State Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility to obtain one.
• Previous experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations is preferred, though not required.
• Clinical fellows are encouraged to apply and gain valuable experience.

• Homer, LA, servicing two school locations.
