Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Experience working with school-aged children, particularly in an elementary setting.
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
Location:
- Minneapolis, MN
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement IEPs and monitor student progress.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters communication skills.
