Seeking a dedicated professional ready to foster the growth and development of students for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. This position is tailored for experienced speech-language pathologists seeking to make a meaningful impact within a K-18 setting.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)
- Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with K-8 students
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Location:
- Waconia, MN
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students on your caseload
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support students’ communication needs
- Conduct regular progress reports and adapt therapeutic activities as required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions
