A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with School Certification and CCC credentials to support K-12 students from ages 5 to 17 in Minneapolis, MN. This position runs for the 2025-2026 school year, beginning September 2, 2025, through May 29, 2026. The role offers a blend of on-site and remote work, providing a flexible schedule suited for documentation and paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring for a caseload of 25-30 students.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students’ communication goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to comply with school policies and state regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary support discussions.
Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- School-based SLP certification.
- Experience working with a pediatric population, ages 5-17.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school staff.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
Schedule and Compensation:
- 35-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Daily hours from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with the option to complete paperwork remotely.
- Competitive hourly rate between $45 and $55.
