A unique opportunity is available for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide mat leave coverage from February 2026 through June 5, 2026, within a Federal Setting IV special education school serving K-12 students. This contract position is ideal for qualified professionals looking to make a meaningful impact in a specialized educational environment.

Location: On-site in Blaine, MN, near Minneapolis

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students with severe special needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, occupational therapists, and psychologists
  • Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Must hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC)
  • CFY candidates are welcome to apply
  • Experience working with students in a Federal Setting IV special education environment is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff
