Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver customized therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy progress and compliance with school policies.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary team focused on student success.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with elementary school students preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
