Speech-Language Pathologist – K-12 School Setting – Minneapolis, MN

A contract position is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K-12 students in a school environment. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential speech and language services across a full academic year (CSY) in Minneapolis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
  • Deliver therapy services targeting communication, articulation, fluency, and language skills.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Utilize teletherapy techniques as appropriate to extend service reach.
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal regulations regarding therapy services.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in healthcare or educational settings.
  • Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery.
  • Completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with students across the K-12 range.
  • Experience as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in either school or healthcare environments is a plus.

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: Contract position for the full academic school year (CSY)
