Location: Antioch, CA
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students’ speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each student's goals.
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions focused on fostering speech and language development.
- Track and document student progress through systematic monitoring.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
- Involve and educate families in the therapeutic process to support student outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Preference for holders of the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
