A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Monument, CO. This contract position supports students in a K-12 educational setting, providing vital speech and language services to enhance student communication and learning outcomes.
Location: Monument, CO
Assignment Duration: August 4, 2025 – May 15, 2026
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week with options to work four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days
Caseload: K-12 students
Compensation: Hourly pay range of $45-$60
Mileage Reimbursement: Available for travel related to the assignment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a K-12 student caseload in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student communication goals
- Complete assessments, documentation, and progress reports as required
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to intervention planning
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience providing speech and language services in a K-12 school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with school staff and families
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and maintain accurate records
