Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with elementary-aged children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Proficiency in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Location:
Starbuck, MN
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement appropriate IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as required
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to enhance student outcomes
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions in a supportive learning environment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided
