This contract opportunity involves working with a diverse caseload of 55 students, providing essential speech and language services in a dynamic elementary school environment. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Experience with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students individually or in groups
  • Assess, identify, and develop individualized treatment plans for students requiring speech/language support
  • Maintain accurate records and document progress according to school and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success and meet IEP objectives
  • Provide input and participate in multi-disciplinary meetings
  • Adapt therapy techniques and materials to meet a wide variety of student needs
