Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Experience with school-aged children preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students individually or in groups
- Assess, identify, and develop individualized treatment plans for students requiring speech/language support
- Maintain accurate records and document progress according to school and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success and meet IEP objectives
- Provide input and participate in multi-disciplinary meetings
- Adapt therapy techniques and materials to meet a wide variety of student needs
