Responsibilities:
- Facilitate student participation in classroom activities, focusing on fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, and sensory processing.
- Modify tasks or environments to meet individual student needs.
- Conduct diagnostic and evaluation testing as required.
- Provide clear and comprehensive reports based on student assessments and observations.
- Develop and maintain IEP objectives and accommodations.
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to discuss student progress and support strategies.
Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois state license for Speech-Language Pathology.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills to adapt to varying situations.
- Experience in school settings preferred.
