An opportunity exists for a skilled candidate to support students in a K-12 educational environment located in Derry, NH. This contract position runs from August 20, 2025, to June 19, 2026, and involves a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, primarily focused on serving an elementary and middle school caseload.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in school-based settings, particularly with pediatric populations
- Familiarity with ASD programs and their associated needs
- Ability to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students requiring speech and language services
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff
- Maintain a caseload that includes both elementary and middle school students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student goals
- Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and staff professional development
