School Speech Language Pathologist - New Britain, Connecticut

A contract position is available for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with SLP-CCC credentials to serve elementary students across two school sites in New Britain, CT. This role offers an opportunity to support a caseload of approximately 30 students with speech and language needs during the current academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, updating individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication goals.
• Manage caseload efficiently across two school locations.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC).
• Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel between two nearby school sites.
• Commitment to signing on for the duration of the contract (ASAP through end of school year).

Schedule & Location:

• Based in New Britain, CT.
• 4 days per week: 3 days at one elementary school, 1 day at the second site.
• Contract position through the end of the school year.
