Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP - CCC)
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in educational settings (SLP - Pediatrics)
- Supervised experience in speech-language pathology (SLP - CFY)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
Location:
- Dover, DE
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students requiring speech and language support
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to develop and implement IEPs
- Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
