Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
- Knowledge of relevant speech and language disorders and interventions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student goals
- Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and services provided
- Implement evidence-based practices in therapy sessions
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
