A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available at an elementary school serving Pre-K through 8th grade in New Haven, CT. This contract role covers the current school year (CSY), with an immediate start date and continuing through the end of the school year (EOSY). The position involves collaboration with a partner SLP to support approximately 80 students across three schools within the district.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and consult with educational staff to support students’ communication goals.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP license and Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong caseload management skills to effectively service approximately 80 students.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team and adapt to diverse student needs.
  • Open to part-time and hybrid work arrangements.
