A Contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support elementary students across two school sites in New Haven, CT. This role offers a flexible schedule, working four days each week—three days at one location and one day at another—providing services to a caseload of approximately 30 students.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering evidence-based speech and language therapy to elementary students.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to student success initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a valid CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
- Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and work across multiple sites.
