A K-12 school in New London, MN is seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathology professionals for a contract position during the current school year. This opportunity offers a chance to support students' communication development in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students across elementary and secondary grade levels.
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with educational standards.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other allied professionals to support students’ communication goals.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to intervention strategies.

Position Details:

  • Location: New London, MN (exact location TBD)
  • Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
  • Hours: SLP hours are typically 7:30 AM–3:30 PM or 7:15 AM–3:15 PM
  • SLPA role involves a multi-building assignment, serving both elementary and secondary schools
  • Duration: Current School Year (CSY) contract

Qualifications:

  • SLP applicants should hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working in school-based settings with pediatric populations.
  • Completion or ongoing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred for some SLP roles.
  • SLPA candidates with prior school experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with school-based assessment and therapy procedures.
