A K-12 school in New Port Richey, FL, is seeking a skilled speech-language pathologist (SLP) for a contract position during the current school year (CSY). This role focuses on delivering high-quality speech and language services to support students’ communication needs in an educational setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language disorders
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Providing therapy sessions targeting specific speech and language goals
• Maintaining detailed documentation to monitor progress and treatment effectiveness
• Collaborating closely with educators, therapists, and other professionals to ensure integrated care
• Involving and educating families to support students’ therapy goals

Ideal candidates will have:

• A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Florida
• Preferred certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
