A dynamic opportunity awaits for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist dedicated to supporting students in a K-12 educational setting. This position focuses on delivering comprehensive speech and language services for the full school year, catering to the diverse needs of students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Location: New Richmond, WI
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents.
- Provide direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language intervention.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to holistic student support.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid Wisconsin teaching certification and SLP license.
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
- Proficient in developing and implementing IEPs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
